Unveiled 8th May 1921 by Rev. G.W. Kettleborough, superintendent minister.

Memorial Description

Plaque on oak pattress with dome at centre top. There is a wide border of vine leaves on a black background. At centre top is a laurel wreath. The names are listed in two columns. The dedication is in Roman capitals, the names in sans serif capitals, the quotation in Gothic.

Brass tablet on oak base.

Inscription

1914-1919. / In / honoured memory of / those associated with this / Church and Sunday School / who gave their lives in the Great War.
Their name liveth for evermore.
