Unveiled 28th August 1921 by Earl Grey of Howick.

Memorial Description

Plaque, 40 inches high x 25 inches wide (1.01 m x 635 mm), rectangular but with pointed top and sitting on a small shelf. The plaque sits in a wood frame. There is a border pattern of clover leaves (shamrocks?) coloured green inside a frame of a broad and a fine line. At centre top is a cross coloured red. The lettering is in Roman capitals for the dedication and sans serif capitals for the names, which are listed in a single column. The quotation at the bottom is in sans serif letters.
