Unveiled 26th November 1921 by Mr. R. Smith, J.P. (Chairman of the Urban Council).
Memorial Description
Plaque 1 foot 4 inches high x 2 feet wide (406mm x 604mm) with domed top. The words “In honour of” in fancy capitals follow the shape at the top. The lettering is in sans serif capitals.

White marble.
