Memorial Description

Picture in a wood frame 3 feet high x 2 feet 3 inches wide. It shows the angel at the mouth of the tomb announcing the resurrection, and is entitled “Easter Morn”, by Axel Endor. There is a plaque bearing the title on the top frame.

Attached to the frame at the bottom is a small plaque 6 inches long x 2 inches high which bears the dedication and the names incised in two columns.

Notes

1. In 2008, the painting was removed from the frame because it had crystals developing inside the glass and on the wood back of the frame.

2. The artist's name should be Axel Ender and the original painting is in Molde Cathedral Norway (see image 4)
