Memorial Description

Roll of Honour in a narrow wood frame. At the top are flags fanned out behind a shield. The dedication at the top is in art nouveau type writing. The names are handwritten in two columns, those from 1914-18 on the left, and from 1939-45 on the right.

Notes

1. "This place is so narrow that even with a wide-angled lens I still cannot take a decent photograph”.

2. In both conflicts the sons of the yard owners are named.

3. The handwriting in the 1914-18 column is different from the right hand column for 1939-45.
