Original Location
St. Oswald's Roman Catholic Church. On south wall. Upper of two plaques, both of which are beneath a bronze crucifix on a red marble cross.

Memorial Description
Plaque, 2 feet high x 4 feet wide. There is a surround of red marble, on which flowers have been carved at intervals, otherwise the plaque is very plain. Lettering is incised and gilded, using Roman capitals.
