Memorial Description

Roll of Honour, 28 inches high x 20 inches wide (711mm x 508mm) surrounded by 1½ inches wide frame with gilded inner edge. At centre top is a painting of the church. Up each side is a border containing a stem with flowers. At the top on each side are the classical figures of (left) Victory and (right) Justice. At centre left is the Burning Bush, symbol of the Presbyterian church, and centre right is an open book. At the bottom are flags laid down on steps with a laurel wreath set in top. The names are handwritten in two columns. The basic colours used in the painting of this memorial are brown and blue with touches of gilt.

Notes

1. The building was sold because it would cost too much to repair. It is hoped to be able to store the memorial locally.
