1. It is not clear which of the two memorials in the church (B156.02 and B156.03) relates to the Primitive Methodist Church or the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
2. This plaque was kept temporarily in the church at Lynesack. It was then kept by Mr. Paul Simpson until a suitable new location was found.
