Memorial Description

Plaque 2 feet 5 inches high x 1 foot 7 inches wide shaped like an scroll with the top and bottom ends curled. This is of white marble and is set on a black marble pattress with slightly pointed top 3 feet high x 2 feet 2 inches wide. The lettering of the dedication is in Gothic script, the names in elaborate Roman capitals, the quotation in italics and the details of the erection in sans serif capitals.

1. The Roll of Honour B145.05 lists 2 more fallen than this plaque - R Miller and W Walker.

2. Rev. John Mitchell 1911-1920 was on war service in 1917. His predecessor Rev. Alexander Baillie 1869-1911 returned to the Church in 1917 and during a vacancy in 1920.

3. St. Andrew's Church closed in 2019.
