a. Unveiled 12th August 1923 by Col. Thomlinson, dedicated by Rev. Canon Derry, Archdeacon of Auckland.

Memorial Description

Cross of Celtic style on tapering pedestal on three steps. The dedication is carried on the smoothed front face of the pedestal, the lettering in sans serif capitals.
