Memorial Description

Plaque 16 inches high x 30 inches wide, on a wood pattress with narrow edge. There is a double line border round the edge. Lettering is in Roman capitals.

Brass plaque on wood pattress.

of this Church and Sunday School
who made the supreme sacrifice
for his country and freedom
