Memorial Description
Stained glass window of two lights, depicting (left) St.Ebba and (right) St.Oswald. At the bottom are depicted six regimental badges, including the RAF.
The names of the men are cut into the sloping windowsill, using Roman capitals. Between the dates on the top is a small flag of St.George set in the stone of the sill, made by removing the quarters and painting them white, leaving the cross proud, which has been painted red.
Materials used
Hoptonwood stone for the sill.
