Unveiled ?6th September 1920 by Rev. John Williams of Houghton-le-Spring. Dedicated by Rev. Wm. Armstrong.

Memorial Description

Plaque 12 inches high x 20 inches wide (305mm x 508mm) in wood frame 14 inches high x 22 inches wide (357mm x 559mm). There is a chevron border incised and painted black. The dedication is in Gothic capitals, the rest of the inscription is in elaborate capitals.
