Unveiled 27th February 1921 by Capt. J.J. Bell-Irving; dedicated by Rev. Canon Gough, Rural dean and Rector of Barningham.

Memorial Description

Cross of Celtic type, rough hewn. A crusader's sword is raised in carving down the front.. At the bottom of the cross a space has been created in which the words "Brignall War Memorial" appear in lead lettering. The dedication is on the front of the pedestal, with the names in a single column below. All lettering is in sans serif capitals.
