Memorial Description

Two storey building managed by East Durham Homes, comprising 27 flats, lift, lounge, dining room, laundry, guest facilities, garden.
There is a plaque in the entrance hall recording the official opening.
The photo of Dennis Donnini, V.C. and a framed paper giving the story are on display in the dining room.
