Unveiled April 1947 by Mr. J.D. Buglass, Brance President, and dedicated by Rev. W.B. Hicks, Vicar of Berwick Parish Church.
Memorial Description
Plaque 11 inches high x 20 inches wide (28mc x 51 cm). There is an outer border formed by “pecking” at the marble. The centre panel has a low pedimented top. At center top is a cross inside a circle with red background and the dates on each side in red. The names and the quotation are in black. All lettering is incised using Times Roman upper case.

1. This was found when the Council Offices were closed and the contents cleared. It was in an "inaccessible place on the stairs".
