Memorial Description
Stained glass window of two lights. The left hand light depicts Samuel and has the badge of the Royal Fusiliers at the top. The right hand light depicts David playing his harp and has the badge of the Durham Light Infantry at the top. The dedication runs across the bottom of both lights.
Inscription
To the Glory of God and in loving memory of / George Robert Heselton, Lieut. D.L.I. who gave his /
life in the cause of righteousness at Zillebeke Belgium / June 2nd 1917, these windows in the Church of his baptism /
where he first learnt to worship God as Chorister and / Organist are dedicated by his parents thanking God for him.
