Memorial Description
Processional Cross, 12 inches wide and 27 inches high, plus rod for carrying. The cross has a roundel at the centre depicting the Lamb of God. At the three ends of the cross, and at the top of the shaft, are four roundels which carry the signs of the four Gospel writers: the eagle of St.John the Evangelist; the angel of St. Matthew; the winged lion of St. Mark; winged ox of St.Luke. Below these, the shaft has a brass wrapping bearing the inscription.
