Primitive Methodist Chapel. On the wall above the pulpit.
Plaque 12 inches high x 19½ inches wide set on a wood pattress 1½ inches wider all round. There is a single line border culminating in a small design at each corner. Lettering is in elaborate capitals.
Sacred to the memory of / (Names) / who gave their lives during the / Great War / 1914-1918.

1. The building is now closed as a Chapel and its future is currently under discussion. It is understood that there is some hope that, as an excellent example of this type of Chapel, it may be able to be preserved, though remedial and repair works are clearly needed.
