In Etretat Churchyard Extension, Seine-Maritime, France, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 40385 Corporal Henry Ferguson serving with the 1st/5th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers who died 07/04/1918.

For Now We see Through a Glass Darkly But Then Face to Face 1 Cor. 13.12

Son of Henry and Betty Ferguson, of West Cornforth; husband of Annie Ferguson, of 3, Reading St., West Cornforth, Co. Durham.

In Holy Trinity Churchyard is a family headstone for Ferguson which reads:-

In loving memory of
Henry
the beloved husband of
Betty Ferguson
who died 21st January 1922
Aged 79 years
And of their beloved son
Henry Ferguson
who died of wounds in France
7th April 1918 aged 32 years.
