In Tynemouth (Preston) Cemetery is a family headstone which reads

In loving memory of
James Henderson
aged 61 years
also his wife Phyllis,
aged 62 years
also their daughter
Hilda Shearer
aged 22 years
and her children
Norma, aged 2 years
Robert, aged 3 months
All killed during air raid
May 4th 1941

They are remembered in North Shields on N34.56

The CWGC entry gives the date of death of the Hendersons as 3rd May, and the Shearers as 4th.
