Elliott family, civilians, 1941
In Tynemouth (Preston) Cemetery is the Tynemouth Borough Council headstone which reads:

In memory of:
Anthony Elliott
aged 42 years
Anthony Elliott
aged 17 years
who died as the result
of enemy action
4th May 1941

Peace perfect peace.

The Elliotts were killed in the raid on the Wilkinson Factory.
