M.R. Ternent
Steward, RN. C/LX.22106
H.M.S. "Franklin"
14th January 1946

H.M.S. Franklin was a minesweeper which continued deployment in Home waters including assistance during mine clearance operations as well as post war survey requirements. The ship remained in service until 1955 when Paid-off and reduced to Reserve status.

Steward Ternent is remembered at Wylam on W73.02 and W73.06 and on our List of Ships’ crews
