On the Runnymede Memorial is the name of 1050918 Fight Sergeant Stanley Baxter, serving with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, who died 06/02/1943.

Flight Sgt. Baxter was killed when Short Stirling I BK644 WP-T of 90 Squadron was lost on a mine-laying mission off there Friesian Islands. The Stirling, along with the eight crew members, was lost without trace.
