McKinley, M., Pte., 1916
In Carnoy Military Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 4097 Private Mark McKinley, serving with the Northumberland Fusiliers, who died 11/07/1916.

Margaret Allison states that he was born in Ashington. His name was found too late to be added to the new memorial.

He is remembered in Morpeth on M17.17 and M17.31 and in the Battalion History
