In Tyne Cot Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 235489 Private Thomas Andrew Davidson, serving with the Lancashire Fusiliers who died 06/09/1917.

In Scremerston St. Peter Churchyard is a family headstone which reads:

dearly beloved wife of
Andrew Davidson,
Scremerston,
who died 11th Aug.1928
aged 89 years.

who died at Scremerston
12th Sept, 1931
aged 81 years.
Also Thomas Andrew son
of the above
killed in action in France
8th Sept. 1917,
aged 24 years

Soldiers Died in the Great War states that her formerly served with the North Cyclist Battalion with the service number 1398.
