The headstone reads:-

aged 87 years.

youngest son and beloved husband of
Catherine E. Hope
killed by enemy action, 18th Novr.
1940, aged 25 years.

Also Peter Jameson, their son
who died 3rd Jany. 1944, aged 40 years.
and Robert Douglas, their son,
who died 9th Augt. 1945 aged 50 years.
