Kent, J.M., Lieut., 1915 and G., 1918
In St. Andrew's and Jesmond Cemetery is a family headstone for Kent which includes:

In loving memory of Gordon Kent, Lieut. Northumberland Fusiliers (Tyneside Scottish) youngest son of James M. and Eliz. A. Kent died July 8th 1918 aged 23 years. Also of their eldest son James Maddison Kent, Lieut. Durham Light Infantry died of wounds and buried at Lijssenthoek Cemetery Flanders August 5th 1915 aged 29 years.

There is not a CWGC entry for Lt. Gordon Kent as he resigned his commission in 1917 due to ill health and died of pneumonia in 1918, see Jesmond J1.19
