"John Edward Dunn, 39 years. Pte Nth Staffs Regt. Munitions works Labourer. 14 River Street, St Peters. Died in the R.V.I. at 4.50am 9th May 1918.
Deceased died from Broncho Pneumonia, complicated with chronic nephritis and acute endocarditis accelerated by injuries and hardship undergone whilst on active service in France."
