In Hazlerigg Jewish Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave with a private headstone of 938506 Corporal Ronald Moses Simon Zucker serving with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve who died 13/09/1942.

His life for our freedom.

He is remembered in Gosforth on G9.39, in Jesmond on J1.25 and in a R.A.F. Roll of Honour
