Nimmo, W.L., 2nd Lieut., 1918
In Canadian Cemetery No.2, Neuville-St. Vaast is the Commonwealth War Grave of 2nd Lieutenant William Leslie Nimmo, serving with the Northumberland Fusiliers who died 26/07/1918.

He was educated at Aysgarth School and Uppingham School. See 1911 census (where he is incorrectly transcribed in the online version as 'Wilbur Leslie Nimrod'), and The Uppingham School Register.

William Leslie Nimmo is remembered at Castle Eden on C102.02 and C102.07 and in the Battalion History page 8
