Thomas Ronchetti is my great uncle. Recently I have been working on my family history and have information about T.E.A. Ronchetti but no photograph. What information would you like to add to your archive? Sadly, and I think unfairly, his participation in the Merchant Navy in WW1 was not officially recognized as it was claimed that he was a passenger on the SS Falaba when it was torpedoed and sunk. I believe he was travelling as an employee of Elder Dempster en route to a posting on a ship in Lagos and therefore should have been considered to be actively engaged. But at least I can help to record his memory in your archive.
