In Phaleron War Cemetery, Athens, Greece, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 1527491 Gunner Thomas Verdun Pascoe, serving with the 155 Battery, 52nd Light A.A. Regiment, Royal Artillery who died 14/04/1941.

William Kirby has submitted the following:-

Thomas Verdun was born November 14th 1916, the son of John and Flossie L., nee Matthews, Pascoe. They had married in 1913 in the Chester-le-Street Registration District.

In 1939 Thomas is living at Chapel Row Great Lumley with his mother and stepfather Flossie L. and John A. Williams. Thomas is a Motor Driver.

Thomas joined the Royal Artillery and died 14th April 1941.

Thomas Verdun Pascoe is remembered at Great Lumley on G50.01 and at Woodstone Village on W134.02
