Heslop’s Local Advertiser 17/05/1947 carries a notice which reads:
"Burnett – Windy Nook, Jean, accidentally killed at Herdford while serving with the W.L.A. 10th May 1946."

There is no CWGC entry for Jean Burnett but there is the record of the death of a Jane Burnett aged 28 registered at Hereford in 1946.
