In St. Valery-en-Caux Franco-British Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 2819970 Private Edward Clark, serving with the Seaforth Highlanders who died between 11/06/1940 and 14/06/1940.

Heslop's Local Advertiser 15/05/1946 carries an In Memoriam notice:

"Clark - Felling, Pte. Edward, Seaforth Highlanders, killed in action June 11th 1940."
