The following has been extracted from St. Mary’s Church Newsletter No. 2 for October 1919.
Lance-Corporal Stanley Guyll,
Station Road, Leamside; 14th Durham Light Infantry, died suddenly while on march at Ypres, 6th March, 1916, after 1 year’s service; aged 21.
