Plaque: Surtees 1996

In St. Michael's church is a brass plaque 2¾ inches high x 6 inches high set on a wood pattress. At centre top is a plume of feathers. The inscription reads:

In memory of
Major John Freville Henry Surtees
O.B.E., M.C.
1919-1996
