In St.Paul's Church porch is a plaque which reads:
Given in loving memory of
Maurice James Kirby T.D. 1915-89
who served in the
6th Battalion D.L.I.
by his wife
Ethel Patricia Hewitt Kirby
The window is similar in style to the Rose Window in the Church.
