Book of Common Prayer in leather binding 10 inches high x 7 inches wide (26cms x 18cms)

The names are on the front cover inside a single line border.

Lettering is on the cover in gilded sans serif capitals.

Notes:

1. Owing to wartime and post war austerity St Herbert’s did not have a permanent WW2 memorial. Instead a liturgical Bible (D40.111) and this Book of Common Prayer were inscribed with dedications to the fallen of the congregation.
