Memorial Description:

Plaque in moulded frame 41 inches high x 28 inches wide (104cms x 71cms).

There is an intricate pattern enamelled in red, with roundels in each corner and halfway up each side.

Names are listed in three columns divided by vertical red lines.

The dedication is in elaborate lettering with red initial letters.

Lettering of the names is in sans serif capitals.

1. This is one of only a few memorials of which we are aware in which the names are listed in alphabetical order by Christian name. Another is in St. John the Baptist Church, Newcastle upon Tyne NUT089.
