On Tower Hill Memorial is the name of Fireman and Trimmer William Bell, serving on S.S. Manchuria (West Hartlepool) with the Mercantile Marine who died 17/10/1917.

The son of Mary Ellen Bell, of 35, Durham Street, Hartlepool, and the late John Bell.
