And cheerful word
To all he met
Made life worthwhile.

The son of John and Ada Beatrice Harrison of Seghill.

His father was a Golf Professional/Gamekeeper of 7 The Crescent, Seaton Valley. The R.F.A. Broomdale was a freighting tanker, built by Harland & Wolff, Govan and launched in September 1937. It was taken out of service in 1959 and broken up. The record gives very little information other than to say that Raymond (DEMS Gunner) was discharged dead.
