The son of John and Eleanor Grant, of 1, Weston House, Queen Street, Newbiggin by the Sea.

John was the son of John and Eleanor Grant, of 1 Weston House, Queen Street, Newbiggin by the Sea. He was serving on HMS Victory and died of Pneumonia at the Royal Naval Hospital, Haslar Gosport, Hampshire.

John Grant is remembered at Newbiggin by the Sea on N10.03, N10.06, N10.14 and N10.15 and in our List of Ships’ Crews.
