In Whitley Bay Cemetery is a family headstone which reads:

died June 27th 1938 aged 15 years

Also the above
Jane E. Bambro
died Jan. 17th 1955 aged 71 years

At the foot of the grave is added:
Also George aged 25 years
died at sea by enemy action
Feb. 12th 1941
