Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Memorial Description:

Roll of Honour in oak frame.

At centre top is a cross in red with palm leaves on either side and a gold crown above, which is between the words “Roll of” and “Honour”.

There are three columns for the names, but only 1½ have been used.

The lettering is handwritten in ink, using block capitals.
