Portrait in frame 28 inches high x 21 inches wide (700mm x 525mm) of medium brown wood.

The subscription is in a cut out panel below the picture, printed in lower case sans serif lettering.

1. The Barton Centre was part of the Cherry Knowle Hospital.

2. Cyril Barton was taken after his crash to Cherry Knowle Hospital, but died before reaching the hospital.
