Memorial Description:

Plaque.

It has a raised centre panel.

The names are in three columns, with further names of those killed in an air raid at the bottom.

Lettering is in sans serif capitals throughout, incised and blackened.

Names:

46 surnames and initials;
plus 3 names of those killed in an air raid.

Notes:

1. The extension was to be in Doddington stone, with Hoptonwood stone ‘egg-shell polished’ as second choice.
