Memorial Description:

Plaque with rounded centre top containing the school badge in red and gold.

There is a raised border.

The names are listed in three columns.

All lettering is in raised and burnished sans serif capitals.

Notes:

1. This was missing for a while, but has now been rediscovered has been erected in a quadrant garden, which is to be transformed into a Garden of Remembrance for departed students of the school. It is attached to the exterior wall, to which there is no public access. It also means that it is quite safe from harm.

2. Houghton Grammar School was merged with Sancroft School and Bernard Gilpin School to become Kepier School, which is now Kepier Academy.
