This was demolished and St. Andrew’s, Old Mill Road, built to replace it.

Plaque set in a wood frame.

There is a wide border of string design culminating in a rosette in each corner.

The central panel is arched, the space between the rounded sections at the top and the border is hatched.

The names of those who died are in three columns inside a bordered rectangle at the centre.

The names of those who served are listed in three columns below this.

All lettering is sunk in casting, using sans serif capitals throughout.
