Obelisk on a pedestal 48 inches high x 30 inches square (122cms x 76cms).

It stands on two steps 12 inches high x 36 inches square (30cms x 91cms) and 15 inches high x 48 inches square (38cms x 122cms) , total height 14 feet (4.3m).

There is some moulding.

The dedication and names are in lead lettering.

Those for 1914-18 are in unusual format, listed alphabetically, but in lines of one, two or three names, in no set pattern.

Those for 1939-45 are in a single column, with two further names on the riser of the step below.

The whole is set inside a stone kerb, which once had railing which have now gone.
